What accent is spoken by her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II, by the grace of God, Sovereign of all Realms?
Thom, that's not very useful, i want to know what this accent she uses is called.
What accent is this? (HRH Prince Charles of Wales, by the Grace of God chosen to reign as King George VII upon the death of Her Majesty the Queen)

The linguistic term for it is Received Pronuncation hon, although there is evidence the Royal Family may be slowly slipping into a new style called Estuary English.
You don't need the big title there btw - Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will do =) xxx
