I have to start a mini project as a part of my B.Tech degree.Can anybody help me to collect the material?

I am doing my B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering,at N.I.T Srinagar.I want that the project should be microprocessor based(8085) or power system based.

I am doin my BSC in Electronics n I've got a list of projects that use the 8085 microprocessor , Some of them are
Electric motor speed Controller
Traffic Light controller n many more
