I have a 21k dollar bill on my credit but do not have a copy of my credit report from Experian?
I found this out when I went to buy a car. I was not supplied with the report. How can I talk to a PERSON at EXPERIAN without paying the $15 charge for a copy of my report just for the "customer service" phone #. Or How can I find out where this bill is coming from?
Not in most states but ALL states you are allowed one free credit report per year from each of the big 3. To do this you can go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com
If you are declined you also are allowed a copy of your report for free that does not count against your free annual report. You can send in a copy of the letter stating you were declined to the credit reporting agency listed. If you have not gotten the letter yet you should within a couple of weeks.
