It is not a coin but a novelty item. It could be called a token or medal. I doubt it is actually gold but is gold colored. Gold is very heavy so if it is of light weight then it is not gold. I have never heard of this type item in gold anyway. It has little or no collector value. It was probably part of a set of the 12 signs of the Zodiac that had different positions for each sign. Such sets exist and are a conversation item only. I have seen different ones from time to time, in boxes of tokens I buy at auctions. They are not my bag so I give them away. Hope this helps.
